Mission Statement

Keystone Municipal Management (KMM) is a full-service water and wastewater company. We provide operation, maintenance, and management in the Western Pennsylvania area. 

KMM currently has contracts for the complete operation and management of two Authorities, Petroleum Valley Regional Water Authority (Water) and Bear Creek Watershed Authority (Wastewater). 

Additionally, KMM provides a general management service contract for the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority (FTMSA) and performs sample collection for the Murrysville Area Watershed Association (MAWA).

Simply put, KMM tries to accommodate the needs of water and wastewater authorities. KMM employs trained professionals with decades of experience and D.E.P. certifications in multiple categories. Listed below are some of the work categories KMM is able to provide:

- On the job training to handle any front office, administration, and billing.
- Field repairs in sewage collection systems or water distribution systems.
- Leak detection.
- Inflow and infiltration detection.
- Hydrant maintenance and smoke testing.
- Water quality testing for NPDES requirements.
- Rate studies.
- PA PUC one call responses.
- Manhole and valve repair or replacement.
- Any task associated with the day-to-day operation of municipal utility work.

In addition, KMM owns a wide range of equipment to perform work in a safe, orderly, timely, and cost-effective manner. KMM believes in using the right equipment and parts for the job.
